Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said the country will launch its planned spring counteroffensive against Russia to reclaim "lost" territories even without the US' F-16 fighter jets. "There will be a counterattack...[Do we have] enough armaments for that? I would say that we are on...way," Zelenskyy stated. US believes giving jets to Ukraine will provoke Russia to escalate the war.
