National Testing Agency (NTA) Director General Abhishek Singh, while speaking on the NEET UG 2026 paper leak, said that the agency takes complete responsibility for the incident. "The fact that students have to undergo another exam...does amount to some gaps...We have decided to refund the fees students had paid earlier," he said. NTA has referred the case to the CBI.
