Russian investigators looking into the crash of a military plane which killed all 92 on board believe a fault with its wing flaps was the reason for the crash, according to reports. This comes after investigators found three black box flight recorders on Tuesday, according to news agencies. Russia's Defence Ministry said search teams had so far recovered 12 bodies.
