Delhi Capitals batsman Steve Smith, who was bought by the franchise ahead of IPL 2021, has said "winning the IPL is the ultimate goal". The ex-Australia captain was previously associated with Rajasthan Royals. Smith played the last two matches against PBKS and MI. DC have not won any IPL title till now and finished as runner-ups in IPL 2020.
