It's the season for Daulat Ki Chaat, a dessert, that is frothy, creamy and delicate and it just melts in your mouth. It's similar to Lucknow's makhan malai or Varanasi's malaiyo. It's made by churning a mixture of milk and cream, that is left overnight, for dew to fall into it. The froth that comes out, is collected and served.
