Vernacular skill-gaming platform WinZO has partnered with professors from IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, Stanford University, and California State University to build a model to differentiate between skill-based and chance-based gaming. This was driven by concerns over the impartiality of self-regulatory bodies within India's online gaming sector and their access to proprietary information.
