Wipro's new CEO Srinivas Pallia stands to earn up to $7 million in remuneration in his first year. His basic pay is in the $1,750,000-$3,000,000 per annum range and his target variable pay is in the $1,750,000-$3,000,000 per annum range. Stock compensation through ADS RSUs and ADS PSUs is $4,000,000, of which $1 million vest on May 2, 2025.
