Wipro's Executive Chairman Rishad Premji's compensation for FY25 more than doubled to $1,609,720 (₹13.71 crore), according to a company filing. However, Premji's earnings remained significantly lower than the company's CEO & MD, Srinivas Pallia, whose FY25 compensation stood at $6,279,283 (₹53.48 crore). In FY24, Premji had voluntarily taken a 20% pay cut and foregone his commission.
