Wipro mandates staff to be in office for 6 hours on work-from-office days or lose leaves
In its updated hybrid work rules starting January 1, Wipro has asked employees to stay at least 6 hours in the office on the days they are asked to come to work in person. If an employee doesn't stay 6 hours in the office, the company may cut half a leave day from their leave balance, reported The Economic Times.
