Wipro on Monday announced it has signed an agreement to acquire US-headquartered Edgile for $230 million (approximately ₹1,744 crore). Founded in 2001, Edgile is a privately held company and has an on-site workforce of 182 employees. Wipro expects the transaction will be completed before March 31, 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
