IT services company Wipro will acquire an additional 20% stake in insurtech firm Aggne Global for $28.5 million. The deal will raise Wipro's ownership in the company to 80% and is expected to close by June 5, 2026. Aggne Global offers technology, consulting and digital transformation services for the property and casualty insurance sector.
