Indian IT services company Wipro has agreed to buy Belgium-based 4C, which is one of the largest Salesforce implementation partners in the UK, Europe and Middle East. The acquisition is expected to close in the quarter ending September 30, for a purchase consideration of around ₹590 crore. Earlier this month, Wipro said it's buying Brazil-based IT solutions provider IVIA Services.
