Wipro Chief Human Resources Officer Saurabh Govil said the IT major will pay approximately 80% of variable pay in the July-September 2023 quarter to junior employees whose payouts are linked to company performance. "Variable pay for the quarter will be in line with what we did last quarter. It'll be different for different units based on their performance," Govil said.
