Woman dies after bike crashes into car in Ernakulam

A 25-year-old staff nurse, Binny Antony, died in a bike accident on the Seaport-Airport road near Irumpanam Puthiya Road junction around 9 pm on Thursday. The bike, carrying Binny and her 29-year-old friend Vineeth, crashed into car that braked suddenly. The impact threw Binny onto the road, where she fell under an oncoming mini tipper lorry and suffered head injuries.
