The Maharashtra government has issued a notice to a private hospital in Pune after a woman who donated a part of her liver to her husband died days after he died following a transplant surgery, officials said. Their family members have demanded an inquiry alleging medical negligence by the hospital. We are fully cooperating in the investigation, the hospital said.
