A customer who ordered from a Domino's store in Lancashire's Thornton-Cleveleys found nuts and bolts baked into her pizza among other toppings. Gemma Barton was halfway through eating it when she made the discovery in July. Domino's apologised for the "extremely rare" contamination and fully refunded the pizza. Sharing the pizza's pictures online, Barton warned people of "serious choking hazard".
