A 35-year-old British woman, who noticed a funny mark under her nails, has been diagnosed with subungual melanoma, a type of skin cancer. Lucy Thomas, who repeatedly wore acrylics, is now urging beauty lovers to regularly remove their fake nails, or rather, not wear them at all. Doctors say subungual melanoma is rare but extremely serious.
