A woman has been arrested after she ran over a man with her car in Bengaluru. Another person reportedly sustained injuries in the incident. In a video, the speeding white car is purportedly seen running over the victim, who was riding a two-wheeler. People were seen running towards the victim, whose helmet landed on the other side of the road.
