Woman held at Kochi Airport with 1.78 kg gold in sanitary napkin

A 28-year-old woman was arrested at Kerala's Kochi Airport for allegedly smuggling 1.78 kg of gold hidden in a sanitary napkin, four days before her husband was caught at Calicut Airport. Her statement alerted the DRI, which later found gold worth ₹1 crore hidden in their eight-month-old baby's diaper and on the husband's body. Further investigation is underway.
