Delhi Police arrested 40-year-old Sayra on Monday along with six others in connection with the murder of a Hindu man on Holi. Sayra was the woman on whom an 11-year-old girl threw a water balloon on Holi, which led to a clash between two families, reports said. A 25-year-old man, Tarun Kumar, was killed in the fight that broke out.
