A Peruvian woman was forced to keep the body of her dead baby in a freezer after the hospital allegedly told her to keep it until she had a death certificate. Monica Palomino, whose baby died after a premature birth, claimed she was pressurized to take the body home and not given time to do the paperwork for the certificate.
