A bizarre CCTV incident from Surat's Salabatpura area has gone viral online after a woman was seen allegedly stealing a bicycle parked outside a house and returning it the next day. In the footage she also folds her hands towards the camera, sparking reactions of guilt, humour and confusion among social media users. No police complaint has been reported yet.
