In Pontianak, Indonesia, a 22-year-old woman tragically died after falling off a treadmill and out of a third-floor gym window on June 18. The treadmill was only 60 cm from the open window. Despite rushing her to the hospital, doctors couldn't save her. Authorities are investigating the gym for alleged negligence.
