A woman in Budhi village of Madhya Pradesh's Balaghat tied her drunk husband to electricity pole and taped his mouth shut after he disrupted a protest against a liquor shop. Women from the village have been protesting since April 13, demanding shop's relocation from residential area. Police freed the man, while protesters said agitation would continue until action is taken.
