IT employees' union FITE claimed a Pune-based company sued an ex-employee for forgery after she used a fake experience letter at her next job. The woman resorted to using the fake letter as the Pune-based company refused to release her relieving documents. Criticising forging, FITE added that if the firm had followed proper HR processes, the situation would've never happened.
