Meenakshi Bhatia from Rishikesh cleared Uttarakhand PCS 2024 exam and secured the post of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Meenakshi's father passed away when she was one-and-a-half years old, following which she helped support her family by delivering tiffins to homes and offices. Meenakshi said she had missed UPSC selection by just five marks after reaching the interview stage two years ago.
