Woman wins ₹1 crore lottery with ₹7 ticket in Punjab

Bimla Devi from Kotkapura in Punjab's Faridkot district won a ₹1 crore lottery on a ticket she purchased for only ₹7. The lottery was organised by Sikkim government. Bimla, who is the wife of a labourer, went to Railway Road for some work when she purchased the ticket on a whim. She said they hadn't decided how to spend it.
