A Panipat hospital is under police investigation after the family of a woman admitted for a fractured leg alleged doctors performed an unauthorised heart procedure and implanted a stent without consent. The family also claimed signatures were forged and blamed medical negligence for her death. An FIR has been registered, while police await the post-mortem report.
