Lebanon’s health ministry said Israeli strikes have killed 380 people, including 22 children and 39 women, since a ceasefire in the Israel-Hezbollah conflict began on April 17. Authorities said the overall death toll since the conflict escalated in March has reached around 2,900. Israel said the truce allows action against imminent threats near the border region.
