Farmer activist Mahinder Kaur has refused to accept actress-MP Kangana Ranaut's apology over the remarks against her during the 2020 farmers' protest. The 81-year-old said, "A farmer’s life is never easy...But I will not step back from this fight." Kangana had misidentified Kaur as Shaheen Bagh activist Bilkis Bano and claimed that 'dadi' was "available in ₹100" to join protests.
