Yan Junjie, CEO of Chinese AI firm MiniMax, said he will not take any compensation from the company till it reaches artificial general intelligence (AGI). He also pledged to transfer some of his shares to reward employees and support open-source AI development. His remarks come as MiniMax's shares decline roughly 80% from their peak in March.
