Red Bull F1 boss Christian Horner said his team does not owe anyone an apology as they did not intentionally breach the 2021 cost cap. "We make no apology for the way we have performed and acted...there was no intent, nothing dishonest and...certainly no cheating," said Horner. He added that the FIA's penalty would affect the team's 2023 car.
