Fisker Inc, launched in 2016, plans to bring its electric vehicles to the Indian market. CEO Henrik Fisker has said that high import tax is something they have to deal with and won't request special treatment from the government as it applies to everyone. Fisker's competitor Tesla halted its India entry plans after being unable to secure lower import tax.
