Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik on Wednesday said that he will not celebrate Holi in the memory of the Pulwama terror attack martyrs. However, Malik greeted people on Holi and Nowruz and said he hopes that Holi would spread happiness and joy all around and promote harmony. Malik also appealed the people to plant trees on the festival.
