Doctors in US located a 3-millimetre wooden splinter lodged in a man's eye for more than 15 years. The man, who's in his 30s, went for a checkup due to his diabetic condition when the doctors found the foreign object in his cornea. He said that he had suffered from an "extremely painful penetrating injury" while gardening 15 years ago.
