A shift to full-time office work is being implemented by Citigroup Inc. and HSBC Holdings Plc, moving away from hybrid work rules. This change precedes the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's (FINRA) update to workplace monitoring guidelines. The modification impacts 600 Citigroup employees and around 350 HSBC workers.
