According to a new study by Stanford University, working from home (WFH) leads to better health and productivity. People working from home report greater work satisfaction and less "work exhaustion". Furthermore, highest performing workers are the most likely to cultivate and excel in a "WFH" environment. Workers who are honest with their jobs are productive at home, the study revealed.
