Construction of a Mahabharata-themed museum has begun in Haryana's Kurukshetra after the Union government reportedly allocated ₹31 crore for the project under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme. The museum, spread across 19 acres of land in Jyotisar village, is expected to be completed within a year. The opposition has accused the BJP of promoting religion for their political gains.
