A 32-year-old construction worker from West Bengal was arrested under the POCSO Act for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl in Manimangalam, Tamil Nadu. The accused reportedly lured the child to a secluded spot near his worksite. The girl escaped and informed her family, leading to his capture. He was later remanded to judicial custody at Puzhal prison.
