Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Monday said that the state government is working on a scheme to give compulsory retirement to officials who are lazy and avoid work. There are frequent complaints about officials being slothful and loathe to work, Rawat said. Rawat further said that changing the prevailing work culture among government officials is a necessity.
