Oxford researchers have administered the first dose of an experimental Bundibugyo Ebola vaccine to a volunteer, launching the world's first human clinical trial against this Ebola strain. Backed by CEPI and the Serum Institute of India, the study will assess the vaccine's safety and immune response amid the ongoing outbreak in DR Congo.
