The world's largest curd manufacturing plant will be built in West Bengal's Kolkata, News18 reported. Amul will reportedly invest ₹600 crore to build the plant at the Sankrail Food Park, which will produce about 10 lakh kilograms of curd daily. The plant will be a fully integrated dairy complex that will process about 15 lakh litres of milk daily.
