World's largest dam being built by China near Indian border risks landslides, warns geologists

Chinese geologists have warned that world's largest hydropower project, being built on Brahmaputra by China, sits on an active fault line prone to earthquakes and landslides, the South China Morning Post reported. The $167-billion project, located close to Indian border, has already raised concerns in India. Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu had described it as potential "water bomb".
