Parle Products, the maker of the world's largest-selling biscuit Parle-G, is planning an over $1 billion IPO at a valuation of over $10 billion, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources. "Post the floating of the RFP (request for proposal) in April...Parle Products has picked Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital and HSBC Securities as advisors for now," a source said.
