World's oldest living person turns 117

World's oldest living person, Ethel Caterham, celebrated her 117th birthday in Surrey, England, with family and friends. Born on August 21, 1909, Caterham became the world's oldest living person in April 2025. She said the past year brought "many firsts", including stroking a llama and holding hands with UK's King Charles III.
