Maersk, the world's second-largest container shipping company, has stopped all cargo bookings in and out of eight Middle Eastern countries. These include UAE, Oman (all ports apart from Salalah), Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia (Dammam and Jubail) and Israel (applicable for dangerous cargo only). It said it'll make exceptions for essential goods like foodstuffs and medicines.
