World's youngest monarch dies in Uganda at 34

World's youngest reigning monarch, Uganda's King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, has passed away at the age of 34. He became king of Tooro after the death of his father in 1995 when he was just three years old. A Ugandan government minister said that he had been critically ill and was seeking treatment in the US.
