Slobodan Simić in Serbia makes cheese from the milk of Balkan donkeys, which is considered to be the world's most expensive cheese at about ₹70,000 per kilogram. The pule cheese, which reportedly takes 25 litres of fresh donkey milk to make one kilogram, is expensive as donkeys don't yield much milk and need to be milked three times a day.
