A parking spot in the basement of a 73-storey Hong Kong office tower was sold for HK$7.6 million (₹6.9 crore), making it the most expensive parking space in the world. The seller, who is one of the building's investors, sold the last of his four parking spots in the tower to someone who owns an office in the same building.
