Mexican President Enrique Nieto on Friday announced that police have recaptured the world's most wanted drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, seven months after he escaped from a maximum-security prison. Founder of the Sinaloa drug cartel, Guzman was captured twice earlier in 1993 and 2014 and escaped both times. Five people were killed and a marine wounded in the operation.
